Medical Cannabis Qualification at
Advanced Healthcare Associates

On August 1, 2013, the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act (“Act”), Public Act 98-0122, became effective in Illinois.

At Advanced Healthcare Associates we are an integrative wellness center that helps patients with the Illinois Medical Cannabis qualification process. We offer Illinois Medical Cannabis screenings at our clinic with our experienced Medical Doctor. We also provide referrals for finger printing services, and assist patients with the state required paperwork.

Qualifying patients must be diagnosed with a debilitating condition, as defined in the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act, to be eligible for a medical cannabis registry identification card in Illinois. Please see the included conditions as of November 1, 2016 listed below:
