Michelle J. Alexandre, MD, MBA/MHA, is a Chicago native. Dr. Michelle was born on the Southside of Chicago and raised in the Western suburbs of Chicago. Dr. Alexandre was trained at the University of Illinois and Cook County Hospital. She entered private practice with her family. Dr. Alexandre has been certifying patients since the inception of the program with the Illinois Department of Public Health. Dr. Alexandre is devoted to eliminating barriers to healthcare.
